Labor Day With G & G Peterson

We were thrilled to have G & G Peterson come in from Colorado for Labor Day. We spent the Monday in Morgan at one of our favorite parks that has great toys for the kids. We were stupidly banking on the park having a BBQ pit so that we could cook hot dogs and the like once we got there. Unfortunetly ... no. The local mom-and-pop hardware store had a small tabletop grill, but they were holding it hostage for $75. We ultimately decided it wasn't worth paying for and wished it luck ever getting out of there. In the end, Jim and Heidi walked over to little BBQ shop and came back with pulled pork sandwiches that we divvied up among six cranky kids and ate all classy style in the hot dog buns. Delish.
